I'm sure alot of guys here would have had the same problem or having the same issue. basically this is my issue...

I'm lv91 (soon to be)
i have over 4000 golden reishi
7k hueco mundo coins
I'm vip 8

but for some reason, i still cant get kenpachi from special war powers. mainly, because his coupons are not showing in the hueco mundo exchange reward section.

so my question is "WHAT'S GOING ON DUDES". What i'm i missing?

you need lvl 100 or 101

Well, you are missing like... 10 levels or so (soon to be 9^^) I think kenpachi coupons show up when you hit level 100. Or was it 105? There will definitely show someone up who can provide the right level to you...
But for now, I guess its enough for you to know that you are missing a few levels^^

After reset when u hit level 100 it will show up
