Lv 70-80 Tavern. Should I change Sado or buy another partner?

Hey guys, I'm a 76 Level VIP 4 player and I run  Rukia, Yoruichi, Sado and Renji for PvP while I run Rukia, Nanao, Renji and Matsumoto for PvE. I was wondering seeing how there isn't any vanguard in the Lv.80 page in the tavern if I should change my Sado early for Komamura or Shinji (in that case which one would you go for?) or keep my reishi for another partner like Byakuya or Kisuke (they seem pretty nice). In my case, what would you have done? I'm also pretty close at redeeming Grimmjow from Hueco Mundo. Is there any vanguard on Lv.90? Would Sado be able to handle another 14 Levels? Thanks in advance!

Sado wouldnt so i recommend u to buy komamura. Komamura is much better than shinji obviously
