HELP ME PLZ

GUYS...
I have a big problem with bleach online.
EVERYTIME I go to the arena and try to beat someone like 3 levels below me, he can still beat me!!!
I don't know what i'm doing wrong!
Ps: im level 46 and I know own 1 purple set of armors and one purple ENCHANTED set of armors and I own some spirit stones and Hogu.

he may have better equip than you or higher reiatsu level... or better partners don't freak out.. this game isn't just about lvls...
