Okay, so, there's yellow skulls in game, but I have no idea where I need them. Does anyone know?

i'm thinking you speak of golden Reishi (Its the materials you need to recruit golden partners in the tavern for lv70 and onwards) which you get during opening events. for a lv70 partner it costs a 1000 of those, lv80 1200, lv90 1500.
