isshin, mugetsu, main, cute orihime + bankai rukia is the strongest pve team (i think bankai rukia has the highest growth rate dmg of all supports atm)

white ichigo is garbage for pve

if by pve you mean "pve events" to maximize damage white ichi dont look good at all ,
but if you wanna buy something cheap as assaulter for dmg events you should definitely go for issin his "bug" combo is wtf

for normal pve to clear best free Assaulter might be SWP Ulquiorra his dots help alot and with a vip4 his upg might be for a best pve team (pvp included)
