For PVP, my formation 1-2-2 and i wanna know which supports best suit pvp.

What do you mean?

Do i have to make Rukia attack first? Do i have to put my only 5 fury stones on isshin? Will that make him attack with ult instantly?

5 fury stones is enough (i thought you mean 5 fury pts ) and yes you have to make Rukia the fastest so Isshin can t1

Doesn't Rukia have to be T1 for isshin to attack with ult in his first attack?
