try removing all gear from main, it coooould be that reinforcement tosh has to do more damage than main. That's how it worked for  me

already got it, just removed the vang and put a 3rd assaulter

can't pass it, tried with naked main, no vang, 3 assaulters but nothing...

this is how it works
naked main
assaulter attacks and kills opp VG
second assaulter or VG kills opp assaulter lane
toshiro kills support lane
the rest doesn't get to hit as opp team is dead by then.

can use zanpakuto if opp team is harder to beat

It doesn't matter as long as you make sure things happen in the exact order Ajo stated.

assaulters have more chance as they have more AGI than VG. if yourr VG is faster sure he can attack. but only one lane at a time. Make sure toshiro doesn't take any damage while main doesn't do and take any damage when naked.
there could be other combos, but this is the best bet that i tried and worked
