What to grab, Noza or Ultima?

I'm thinking about what to grab,

I was waiting for Ultima Aizen but now i was like hmmm, Aizen will drop with my Senbon so maybe Noza Kenny?
What do you think?
Using Senbon as Zanpakuto
Running atm, 1-3-1
T.S Ichigo - Mugetsu - Isshin - Main - S.Gin

i would swap him for events and maybe using him to beat Tosen,
just was thinking about kenny because of Senbon and Aizen would drop down with it,
I dont know why but T.S Ichigo's blocks and normal attacks hits like nothing (ofc he is VG but still) his skill hits intense

Yeah that was my Plan, but got raped by a guy with same Partners and Zanpakuto as me, but he used a Noza that raped xD and now im thinking about it :O

I think that's because of Ken's fossilize, so your T.S couldn't do anything.

This chaos ability on enemy vanguard costs him his place as best support i think.

because he has better stones/hollow map soul points/gear etc.. or else noza is nothing compared to T.S

I can 1 shot T.S with my Hauk bya.. does that mean hauk bya is better? no.
