Going to use this thread to collect all the information floating around and send a spread sheet into those who need to see it. I'll be keeping up with all the information in this first post. Before we start this, keep in mind the "devs" for NA/EU can not possible implament all ideas. There are several factors in what they can and can't do, mainly being we don't know how far they can deviate off of the official Chinese version, if at all. Any ideas that are way off the wall will not be recorded for this. Also, a lot of the general "ideas" are already included, such as more events, achievements (which will be this month with Server Clash), as well as server mergers (they know, trust me). I'll be keeping this updated through the week, taking off various other bug issue posts as well as any thoughtful posts recorded in this thread or others. Thursday night I will compile the information and get it pushed to who needs to see it. Let's keep this civil, I don't want to see any bickering or fighting, though well thought out discussion and debates are fine as long as they do not cross the line.

I will be breaking this up into different sections, for convience of all.


GAME MECHANICS
  • Server Merges  (DUE OUT IN OCTOBER 2014)
  • It has been recorded that many of the early server populations are in dyer need of some tender love and care. Most early servers are down to 3-7 people per clan on Evil Spirits. Many servers are down to 2 lanes in Guild Wars. Ryoka can be highly one sided on some servers clan wise, due to most strong VIP players in one clan. This leaves low VIP and F2P players with scraps, or lower end rewards due to their clan beaing much weaker than others, or numbers just not enough to provide any kind of support. Protect Seireitei on most early servers is now getting to be one sided. Even with high fireball damage, servers are seeing only 4-7 attackers trying to down a defenders gates. For my server, I was almost solo defending against 2 people, even with a lvl 10 fireball it was no issues. There has also been times our gate was not hit even once the entire 30 minuets. This is unacceptable for the sake of balance and server integrity. It is also an extreme task at times to find groups for Alliance Campaigns and Alliance Blood Battle due to lack of players.

   2. More Events
  • Many people, in game and on the forums has shown concern at how events are handled. Right now we are on our second go around with Vizard's Revenge. A lot of people was highly upset with the Ultimate BP event due to the massive increase of ice crystals it cost to earn Dark Rukia. Even as a high VIP, you'd have to spend nearly 20k gold to achieve her. It's making the game seem like, though it is P2W, that you have to morgage your house every other week just to stay competitive. This will only drive players away. On the other issue with events, we don't seem to get many as CN servers do, they will have up to 3 maybe 4 running a week. The NA/EU servers have devoloped enough with more people hitting 80+ and some hitting 90+ now that it's past time to take that next step, to bring excitement to players again about events. Having more events, that not only please those who spend money on gold, but having more events that can make F2P players feel like they are cared about as well, and feel relevant is a must for game longevity.

  3. Accessory Inherit
  • This would be a good way to help all players around the board get stronger, quicker. We know the system for this is already in place with equipment inherits. With the way server populations are running, it's extremely hard, and time consuming to farm up campaigns with only 10 a day. Being able to use a inherit system would greatly help players out in all fields, as well as take some of that burden off on trying to upgrade your items. It really sucks getting to a new tier, say 80, to do the new Zan campaign, getting those new items and realizing you can't use that fancy new Str accessory for days upon days because the one you have on is spirit forged, and a lot stronger still. Makes the excitement of feeling as if you are progressing die down a lot.

  4. Alliance Blood Battle
  • Due to the way the system works, people in the higher brackets can get grouped with lower bracket players, causing that lower bracket to lose. I think that if this is the case, and is really needed due to nobody entering the fights (dead servers) then those lower bracket players who are FORCED to lose to higher ranked player should still get full rewards for their bracket. It's not their fault they are getting "screwed" by the system, and only getting half rewards being in the 60 bracket when being forced to fight and die to a 80 bracket team is a bit unfair and disheartening. This is another reason for people not attempting to do this event if other strong players are on. Now this should ONLY BE for those lower bracket players who are FORCED to fight higher bracket players and lose. This should NOT be for same bracket losses.

  5. Vitality
  • At the current rate we get 3 vitality per 30 min, due to the large cap you can have, I think it would be reasonable to possibly edit this in some way, such as 3 vitality per 15 min, or 6 vitality per 30 min. This will help players overall , especially F2P players feel like they are progressing faster. Of course they should never level faster than a high VIP, but atleast make them feel better about themselves and level a LITTLE bit faster, as the later levels 80-90-100 ect is such a grind, it will cause MANY F2P and low VIP to just quit the game due to not feeling as if they are progressing at a steady rate. The entire goal is to make players feel they are accomplishing making their team stronger.

  6. Auto Battling Events
  • Basically like it is in Unlimited Ninja, your character will auto battle Evil Spirits and Protect Seireitei, without you having to click everytime. Same concept as in UN. Option to auto revive as well.


  7. Seireitei Soul Palace
  • This needs to be addressed as well. At current, you start your palace runs in the middle of a gear tier. Say palace 10 for example at 85, these need to be started ATLEAST 5 levels before that, say 80, possibly 75. The reasoning for this is, by the time you get to that palace, you have maxed out previous tier gear at +20 infuses. This already makes for example, 90 gold gear useless, it also makes 90 spirit forged gear useless till you can get it spirit infused to atleast 13-14ish. By the time you do that after reaching that next palace, it's becoming obsolete, as your already working on your next set of gear. There is no feeling of progression there. When I hit 90 I want to be able to put that new crafted 90 gear on and BP go up, not way down because the 80 gear is going to be better till your around lvl 96/97. As I said, even spirit forged the gears useless without it being spirit infused. Being able to do those palaces earlier would be a GREAT help. Keep the battles inside their intended levels, but atleast give us the chance to begin farming those spirits to infuse when we hit that tier. That's how it is in UN I believe, and probably how it should be here. Basically it sucks by the time you can use the gear your already farming materials for the next tier's gear and then it's rinse and repeat...a never ending cycle.



  8. Master And Slave System
  • This system needs totally worked on. For one, it can be used almost as a form of harassment. Second, if you are a slave it greatly hinders your exp gain, third, there are only so many slaves to go around. Take spots 1-8 in arena. Unless the top guy slaves 2,3,4 which will kill those players exp gains, that leaves the 5th place guy 3 slaves. If he has the 8th ranked arena person slaved and they drop out, that new 8th guy can't even slave OR be slaved, losing a ton of exp. This needs to be expanded to like a 20 or 30 player range. Also, the 10 level difference cap. I'm sure it's there for good intentions, but take me for example, if one of my guildies is slaved, I can't rescue them. I can't attack anyone. Being the highest level in NA/EU I can't even SLAVE anyone because nobody is within 10 levels of me on my server.


  9. Alliance Campaign
  • This needs to be fixed as it works on UN. If you can solo campaigns, it needs to let you. With server populations so down, it is hard for upper level people to even find groups. I could not even do level 80 campaign hard modes till I was lvl 95, when finally someone was strong enough to do it to at lvl 83. Let us be able to solo these like in UN!


BUGS AND ISSUES

  1. Translation Issues
  • There are still many translation issues. Just thought I'd throw this in here. We know a lot of it can't be fixed without major rework due to the text boxes being origially made to "house" Chinese text. Not sure what can and can't be done about some of this, but there are still plenty of translation errors in the game.

  2. Top Up Issues
  • A lot of these issues still have not been resolved, even after the "start of the month". AmoPay is still being buggy rejecting people, Payment Wall is at times super late with gold delivery. The new payment plan is MUCH MUCH better though, but I'd personally recommend removing atleast AmoPay, it's causing TO many issues with payments. I had several of these rejected payments almost 2 months ago, had money missing out of my account, and still have not received a dime from AmoPay. With as much as I've put into this game (about $5,000 USDA) I'd think this would get resolved sooner. There are MANY people who still have not been taken care of.

  3. In Game "News Feed"
  • A lot of people do not read the forums, that's becoming more and more apparent as we get the same questions and issues pop up over and over. There needs to be something in game, like a Help screen that can tell players what to do when some things happen, like the game not loading different screens (Clear cache), or just some helpful pop up tips directing people to the forums on certain topics. Also, when MAJOR things happen, like the AmoPay issue, a pop up tip or something to direct players to Staff posts on the subject needs to be put in, so they know perhaps to not use AmoPay or what is going on with it.

  4. Notification Spam
  • The spam on notifications needs an option to be turned off. THe amount of spam when people do campigns, alliance battle, achieving espada hunting, ect can be very very annoying. When a player keeps spamming campaigns every 6 seconds for 30 minuets, it's just...it just needs an option to be disabled.


MISCELLANEOUS (Stuff that may or may not ever be possible)
  1. Gold Prices
  • One thing I've spoken to support staff about is gold prices in NA/EU compaired to CN. There is a monster difference around the rate of $1=40 gold NA/EU to CN's which can be around $1=122 gold. THat's a massive difference. The reason a lot of people don't top up is due to the insane prices to get a decent amount of gold. Let's face it, 1,200 gold for $30 is not going to get you anywhere far. If you are VIP 6 atleast, it MAY get you 6 lvl 5 stones of the same type. For that same $30 you can get around 3,660 gold, depending on the special they are running over there. Now we know GoGames/Joyfun has the same prices for Bleach Online and Unlimited Ninja, so it may effect that game as well, but the truth of the matter is GoGames would make more money with lower prices. People who won't top up now, due to prices not being worth it, will more than likely try to top up if it's more worth their while. High VIPs will continue to top up, perhaps buying even more gold than now because that's their budget to do so. Now I know this probably doesn't amount to a hill of beans to GoGames or whatnot, but it should be considered, I really think it would be worth the risk. CN is doing fine with lower prices, it would be fine here as well.

  3. Name Changes
  • A lot of us got screwed when servers come up, there was a bug not letting you input a name, even if it was acceptable and not taken on server. A lot of us had to be forced to take a random name. I think it would be nice to have an option to purchase a name change, via gold. Something reasonable in pricing. You'd be surprised at the amount of people who would do it. Just an idea to toss out there.

  3. PGM Program
  • This system needs an overhaul badly. Many servers have inactive PGMs, and those who are active, most people on the servers do not even know who their servers PGM is. Many PGM's are not qualified to do said job and use it as an excuse to bully other users. I've gotten many reports over these kinds of actions. I think something needs to be done to improve this system, to make the community a better place. Knowing who actually does their job and who doesn't is a HUGE issue that needs delt with.

  4. Website Overhaul
  • Need to make the website it'self more alive, like the Bangqu Bleach Online home page. Have links to strat guides and how to's. Have links to upcomming events and rewards, ect. Right now all it is, is a copy of Unlimited Ninja's page. Would like to see more information on it, especially regarding upcoming events (before the events are released)

  5. Guilds
  • Guilds are to small. The amount of people you can recruit is way to low. It takes far to much assets to level them up to get one extra member every 2 levels. Either lower what it takes to level up the guild, or give us extra member slots starting off. There are to many guilds with 1 or 2 people in them, or complete dead guilds with no actives. Server populations are low as it is, so this will help some guilds become more active, with more members. Sure there will be less guilds, but the one's there are will be way more active. Please increase member cap!
  • Inactives in guilds are becoming a problem. Guilds get penalized for removing people, which is understandable, but when someone has been gone fore weeks at a time, there needs to be a system put in to remove them without taking the asset penalty hit. 14 days maybe? Maybe even 7. Something needs done to fix this, it is guild crippling.

I like it. All the Main issues are covered.

I would like to see the VIP rewards come back. I think those were an extra reason to become a higher vip.

I second this. I don't know what it was even timed in the first place. Its like we are to sell our souls and become vip10 in 1 month...simply ridiculous.

You know how for the first two weeks we had those goals like reach ranking 10th captain or synthesising 6 level 6 stamina stones, having something like that at the start of every month would be nice especially if they did random tasks and it was for a week, give people something to work towards. And if it was possible you could even split it up by level and rank, so for a level 56 9th division captain some of their tasks could be reach level 64 or become 8th division captain

Yeah I really wish those would come back. Too bad I, and a ton of other people, missed most of the higher level stuff since I was too low level and could not catch up.
