I have Stark and I wanna do the bonding for the HP but I can't find out what the requierment is.. I have kisuke but what else is there that I need to do??

Bond stage 2 completed w/ 3 stars, and you must beat it with remaining hp no less than 70%.

Well I've been doing that about 40 times now and Stark's HP passive doesn't go up in lvl..

You have to make sure the only people in your formation are starrk and your main. You also need to take your zanpakuto off

yep just gave it a try, needed to have starrk hit at least once meaning no zan.

Okay guys looks like I eventually made it work. Nevermind this thread
