hmmm I'll try that fight again and tell you if that's just a visual glitch or not. Because if it's real I should be able to slow down my b rukia and still be faster than that Mugetsu. But if the changes do apply I'll be slower after I move my hollow souls around.

Yeah I think that the stats you see on your partners trumps everything else in terms of what actually happens.

Luckily that works on our favor this time lol
