i want to quit. what should i do?

i cant afford to spend my time to be competitive in this game anymore. im asian and playing in eu 22 server i bet u guys know how hard issit for me :3is there any option to atleast compensate the money that ive spent? currently top ranking holder in eu 22. IGN MASAKI SAKU VIP 7, so close to 8.

it would be plain stupid if i quit just like that, can i sell this acc?

unfortunately you can't sell the account due to you technically not owning it. if you look at the terms of service it says:
"JoyFun does not recognize the transfer of our Games accounts or JoyFun accounts. You may not purchase, sell, gift or trade any account, or offer to purchase, sell, gift or trade any account, and any such attempt shall be null and void. JoyFun owns, has licensed, or otherwise has rights to all of the content that contained in the Game. You agree that you have no right or title in or to any such content, including without limitation the virtual goods or currency appearing or originating in the Game, or any other attributes associated with any account."
