Forums & Game won't load sometimes

Just a white screen, no error, no notifications.. just constant loading. Other webpages load fine, like google.com, msn, Hotmail, etc.
Forums and game rarely load, I have to fresh 7-12 times before the page or game finally loads. Once I'm in game everything is smooth, I can go to tavern, arena soul hunt etc just fine with fast load times.  

EDIT: I'm using Windows 10 64bit, i tried with Edge, firefox and chrome with no luck. I have no issue accessing the game on my android phone and tablet
