void pretty much nullifies the enemy character (a more hardened stun as you wish to see it as)
as Mylar said, you can hurt them whilst in it
Disarm just takes away your weapon, however you can always disable this through other kind of buffs, whilst also still being able to do healing etc.
Silence obviously you know
Void, the only difference to both silence and disarm is the fact that you literally cannot do ANYTHING at all, no healing (i believe no blocking either, not sure), but yeah, literally can't do anything
When disarmed, if someone combo rates into the person thats disarmed, the person actually gets to attack even though the person is disarmed, in void, you absolutely cannot attack at all ^^ 
Edit: Also if you didn't already know, disarm only works for when you don't have 100+ fury (so when you are able to do a skill next turn), other than that you are completely stunned for that duration stated on the skill, and of course void does 'void' for whatever amount of fury you have
