Ultimate Weaponry Points

Hey guys.. Regarding this event, well, i have a question that i think is really important..
After the event ends, do the unused points carry over till the next time event appears again??? If that is the case, well, it makes a huge difference...
On my server a player actually had his points from the previous event, while another did not. I on the other hand spent all my points last time out, so cannot say for sure how it works.

Please check this out and confirm. Might be a big help to many players.

P.S I'm not sure if I posted this quey in the right place..
