Who should i get? Toshiro or Niel? And who should replace for them?

Hi everyone! Well like i ask who you think should i get and who should i replace for them? Right now i got gin and aizen (both from tavern)!I want to know who is best for pvp because for pve i dont think its gonna work!

eh ? if you are f2p then leave both and if u can upgrade Neil then get her because gin is way much better then lame ass toshiro
