It has lvl 100 equips and I'm lvl 130 so that should be high enough

its the 4th time they are bringing out 100 gear, so i am guessing after 2 more events it will be 110. just like how 90 was switched to 100 in lucky slot. so i wouldnt bet on getting the complete set if u start from now
