bende de aynı sorun olmuştu ama kredi kartından, bütün top up isteklerini kaldırdım siteden hesaba girip, sabaha kadar bekledim, sabah yapabilmiştim. parayı öde dediğimde direk hata veriyor şurada çözüm ara diyordu verdiği site çalışmıyordu ama düzeldi sonradan, sen de iptal et yarın top up yap, belki düzelmiş olur.

what I said for non-turkish people, once I had the same problem with my credit card. entered the site and cancelled all of the top up request in the site, waited until morning, and I was able to top up again.
