Best events for topup? and Partner to buy?

So I'm interested in knowing the perfect events to top-up on, i'm going to top-up 12k gold or something like that.
also who should i get white Ichigo, Hikfune, Mugetsu, Kensei, True-Shikai Ichigo.
I'm just not sure on what to buy. Also dont comment saying 12k cannot buy this, im just wondering partner wise.
my partner comp is being made as we speak, so just think price for what I'm getting when it comes to the partners.

As far as partners go, depends on what you want your comp to be. No one can tell you what to by as there are several different strategies.

During the last Anniversary event, you could get Ichibei for 12k points, so that means like 4 level 10 stones + Ichibei for 12.8k gold, which is the best partner pricing we have seen in a while since Ichibei himself was 12k gold, so you basically get 4 free level 10 stones.

It stands to reason that other red partners of his stature will likely be in future Anniversary events. Something to keep in mind.

As for events to top-up on, it depends on how your Ultimate Charge events normally go. If you are only likely to get 15% return, it isn't worth doing, however if 12k gold is likely to get you 100 or 60% return, then it is very much worth doing. Most of the other events ( Pyramid, for example ) really want you to top up 20k at a minimum to get free stuff.
