Background black and stuck in loading

hai, my username is vinciata. my char is vinciata. i'm in server 12. when i log in to game, the background is black. when i go to hueco mundo to do stage, the loading is stuck n stop... please fix it... i want to do my stages.

til today's reset, i can't load anymore world map, neither seireitei soul palace, i tried firefox, chrome and then explorer and there's still the same problem,
also i did not receive reward from crystal event where i ended 2nd, neither in mailbox nor in backpack,
could u try to fix it, as it's not due to my computer as any other game, internet pages are loading correctly,
i really feel like i wasted all the money i spent in your game, which is quite a lot......(vip 6)
