Mysterious Puzzle

I recently charged gold in the event Mysterious Puzzle, several times, first load 2000, then 1200, and some others, but the puzzle is not full. Yet now I only have two pieces to fill, and 1600 points, it seems something wrong here, when at the same event, small red letters say clearly Top-up 1 Gold = 1 Point.

Another thing to consider timely to mention, every online game has a support area, as it should be, but this seems to be just an ornament ...

Oh you come to forum to forum for support? Too bad there isn't any, but don't worry we have trolls. They sorely help you. Also the event works on bases, you top up x gold you get x point, but to get each piece you need to spend x points. So to complete the puzzle you need to get around 7k odd, can't be bothered to add up all of it.
