Tavern uryu skill crit buff

uh i don't know for sure never tested it before but since it never said ( can break crit limit) then i assume it does not

I don't know about tavern uryu specifically. But I know most people's buffs do bring you over the 90% limit. I've tested it a few times with my B Renji against a friend of mine who has a toshiro with nearly 100% counter. I set B renji at the same crit rate has the tosh's counter rate and after his skill buffed him he still managed to crit tosh.
But again, I can't guarantee this is the same for Uryuu's skill sorry

pretty sure skills work against cap, kinda like how Toshiro/Starrk increases theirown block rate to go past 90%

Well Cute Ori's buff def. break limit http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xUxTQdjk7pU Demon's block at begining of fight is only 48.8% but  by the end of the fight it's big enough to block attacks.
