I think she appears in discount frenzy, if so that is the cheapest way to get her, it's not the best way to get but it is the cheapest. The best way to get her is through reio.

Mhh figured reio would be a good option. Guess I'll wait for 50% rebate and reio unless discount frenzy is a lot cheaper.

just wait for limited lease, hire partner for the cheapest price and wait for event where you buy the partner = you don't need to use exp books to level up the partner
