Enchant stones higher tier?

How do you get higher tier enchantment stones? I've seen people who had 3% on heal instead of 1%, 6% pierce, ect

You can get the blue enchantment stones for 16 red stones in Soul Hunt shop.

Kinda a waste, as you can get them from what I was told at lvl 100 from your homes Konso where it starts dropping Blue stones instead of green.

Thanks <3 I knew i saw them somewhere, just couldn't remember where. Took me just 2 stones to get what i wanted, so i'm good.

I've had blue stones from Konso for a while now - I wanna say... level 70? Then again, I also have the top tier home.

You haven't been getting blue stones off konso, you been getting green stones. Blue is for level 100.
Though with the top tier house I dunno. So nevermind.

And why in the holy hell did you pay that much gold for that stuff, much better uses in spirit stones lol...

BECAUSE NOBODY KNEW WHAT WE WOULD GET FROM IT.


But, no, it's been blue stones for ages now... 'course, they drop rarer than diamonds, I swear....
