Post your highest hitrate partner, i want to have a general idea on whats the max hitrate around the community. this will help me with my decision on buying ryuken ishida.

Why would you want a hit rate over 200? Only time you need it is for Aizen fight super high

because ishida can get 200% dodge rate, so i want to see if anyone has 300% hit to hit him, ik debuffs hit but im just curious if anyone has high enough to touch him.

'm pretty sure chiene has 318% hit rate on most his partners
