Ultra Hero event, asking for advice.

New player here, currently level 40 VIP4. I spend quite a fair bit on games as it is my only hobby and enjoyment atm. Dropped 100$ so far and got Sexy Yoruichi. Planning on dropping another 100-200$ during ultra hero event, but was just planning on who I should be getting? Planning on doing a 1 - 3 - 1 formation as that seems to be the best... damagey type. And I like going damage. Kill them or die types. Also, since I'm new, is ultra hero even worth dropping $$$ on atm or is there a better... newbie-friendly event?Been doing some research myself and was planning on getting:
D.Rukia ( ? ) Not sure if I'd need her, but some people say that she's very much worth it to get during the event.
Zabimaru Renji ( ? ) Not sure either, but I read around that he seems to be a really good choice?
And should I get a zanpakuto...? or... someone else?
Also, who should I be getting as vanguard at this point of the game?

Anything to note:
- I have a spiritblade main
- Got sexy yoruichi
- Got kirinji

- New server, and I'm only 1 day behind so it should be fine... =p. Highest level is like lvl 47 atm.

Thanks a lot in advance! Sorry for the questions. Was just hoping I could get some insight from... more experienced players before doing anything I regret.

D.Rukia and Zabimaru Renji are kind of meh, If you're gonna drop a lot of money I'd look into getting B.renji, Hikifune or Shini.Kensei and then use the points for Muramasa or Hyorinmaru. With Mura a 2-2-1 or 3-1-1 is obviously better but he's a great zan. Hyorin is shit for 1-3-1 but he's awesome for some PVE fights, like Hollow Soul King. If you don't want them I'd probably use the points on C.Orihime.
When It comes to getting a VG I'd just go with tavern and then get Noza Kenpachi, but that's gonna be a while.

PS. Don't spend too much too fast or ppl are gonna quit.

dear god can I attest to that.  Spent hard on dec due to great events lining up, now my servers likely gonna be a ghost town for a few months since it aint even a month old.

If you can. Get yama. He sexy as hell ;)  get it... because of the fir..... nvm. Anyway. If you make him fast enough. You will win alot of battles. Awesome skill and dmg rate.. for vg. Save  all your heuco mundo points till you are lv110 and go straight for noz kenny (get hyrin now though). By then you should have  gotten or have enough points from csb for shura ken.  And thats you done. Just get a good support next.

Hey uzu, since your here lemme ask.  I intend to plunk down 100 for the ultra hero thing as well.

My current formation is Hyourinmaru for zan

Toshiro for vanguard
Beserk renji/main
And kirinji/rukia/kisuke/tavern yoru for various situations.

I was thinking of going for cute orihime, for her ability to synergize not only with Toshi/hyourin but for her nice boost.  You think its a good call?

Not spending too much too fast I believe, since I'm actually only top 5 atm. I just wanna recharge some to get a stable foothold on then after that, I'll stop until a really really great event or just never recharge again. I got a few questions if you don't mind:

1. Is muramasa worth it? I mean, I could afford him sure. But really, 300$ for a single zanpakuto? Is he that worth it...?
2. Planning on dropping some $$$ on ultra hero event right now and I noticed the partners you mentioned aren't in the event. Unless, the events they come in are way more worth recharging in rather than doing ultra hero?
3. Isn't hyorinmaru a bit more for late game? Since I heard he needs to be paired up with starkk to be really good, and I believe starkk is around lvl 100 or something.
4. Not looking for a supporter atm since I already got kirinji, unless C. Orihime is just that way much better...?

So yamamoto > D.Rukia or Z.Renji? If I'm looking to get yama + hyorin, gonna have to drop a bit over 200, and that means I'm not gonna be recharging ever again or, until a really really good event pops up.

Also, for VG basically just use whatever one I can get then go straight for noz ken?

Iin terms of pve = yeah.. definitely.  Gives  fury and block rate to  assualte. And pvp is awesome as well. Attacks enemy support,  which could be usefull for those pesky supports  who dont wanna die.

But i think you have alot of support already. Sexy  yor - though she  attacks  vg. Her skill is good,  which gives fury to all. Which will be useful to your brenji and kir

No no not sexy yoru, just tavern rukia/ kiksuke(pve mostly, though pvp once modded)  and tavern yoru( pvp  again)

Cute orihime seemed like a really solid support to replace rukia and maybe even yoru, thats why Im asking for your opinion

At least till I can afford Queen Hiki.
