So Nimiya or another 6k char?

Ive hoarded 6k gold thanks to proper rebates/gold wheel stuff and after Acquiring cute orihime help out my pve Ive decided to finally turn my souless gaze towards a character for the fancy pvp's.

Im aware Oetsu was recently fixed up, and am curious if hes still worth the 6k price tag he usually has, or if theres another character that would serve my growing pvp needs better.  Just trying to finally use whats left of my gold to up my pvp game a little.

Yes he is still easily worth the 6k price tag. There is no other partner you can get for 6k that comes anywhere near his capability.

The only problem is that he hasn't been 6k since that one event.

One forumer speculated that it was a mistake on their end since the partners on the China server are in fact that better price, but they jack them up when they reach here. GG.

Well what is Nimiyas price generally?  Ive been told he usually floats at or near the 6k gold range.

Well, the normal prices have been 12k for the Zero Division partners, but they've only really been consistently putting out Hikifune and Ichibe thus far. I'm hoping this will change soon. Oetsu has only been in the special holiday events up to now, and his price fluctuates, so it's hard to get a good reading.

Thanksgiving Carnival had him for 6k, but Christmas had them all for 20k points. With the 60% rebate at the time, you then needed around 12.5k gold, but there were other factors in the event that may have allowed you to save more if you knew the trick to it.

I have doubts that GoGreed would, but you never know. Sometimes they feel charitable.

lets assume they are jerks and dont, would it be wiser to spend the 6k on something else, or just save it and top up the remainer for nimi-sempai?

If you are aiming to be one of the fastest teams, then you should get him.

If not, there are better options.
