so if i am reading correctly
partners require lv 15 exclusive skill level to gain their skills
and lv 70 is required for the growth upgrade?
ALRIGHT I BOUGHT 8K WORTH OF GOLD so 10 tries got me all this junk and a buncha cultivation
<--- got 400 fragments

Still, all the skills are listed as the same thing for each level.

It seems to be lvl 15 for red partners and lvl 10 for gold.
lvl 10 for main even though mine is red.

this part is good for example you can switch back skills any time you want for situations
like unohana kenpachis 200% growth aoe back to 400% single targer for pve

i do like how they made some of the more shitty characters like say for example. Alliance battle ulquiorra and made him a lil better. somewhat. or like smart nanoa. idk. lol. gives us more partners to pick from.
