If you fill the energy bar can you "exchange" it for anything in the exchange shop?

how do you activate the exclusive skills??
it says that you can get fragments from soul cultivation, so when the bar is full then you can do the exclusive skills?

yet to test it properly, but my first guess its u need under 60 days for a free yummeliciously yama or cute orihime. on a screwey and very rushed out of excitement first try, i got to 210 / 10k points with silver only.
say im wrong, either way, u can get those 2 in 4 months, give or take a few days, for silver Only.
now i dare anybody on this forum to say this is a bad feature, cuz from what i know, no other event gives such partners for silver only )
