Usually contacting them on Skype lately is hit and miss. THey don't work Sat/Sun, and even I don't see them till around Wed/Thurs. It's only one guy running the skype account and he's been very tied up with various issues and other work they got him doing.
I do my best to keep in contact with them, but even I have issues speaking with them till around mid week. Their staff for support is not very large, only two as far as I know. They do know about issues and they are just as frustrated with some things that are out of their control as you are. Rest assured Cyrus and Charlie are doing the best they can, but do remember they are based in China, and even the times we can reach them from our NA times is off centered. We are almost a full 12-13 hours behind them.
They are doing what they can with limited resources I assure you 
They do post in the support/bug forum from time to time, but it's really hard for them to reply to every post as they got so much to do as is.
