and if u say which partner to get explain plz why

Hmmm, senbonzakura is good dmg doing zanpakuto, but not enough speed. With him you should use 3 assaulters and that can hurt your team vs people with fast hikifune. Its depends on how you want to play game: be speed guy or 1-shot all enemy team really fast(this one would help more in hollow map and other daily stages, of course in ryoka/ES too).
