What partners should I use for pvp?

Hello Guys , first , I know there is a Video on Youtube which says which partners you should use from lvl 1-120 , but the difference between the Video and my situation is , that I have more potentional partners ^^

Atm using :

Main [Kido]
Kirinji Tenjiro
Zabimaru Renji [Event]
Renji Abarai [Tavern]
Sado

I am Lvl 58 , my Bp is 166k atm , dont know if that is good or not...

I already bought the pieces for Grimmjow from Special War Power [Planned to switch Tavern Rennji out]

I would like your Opinions on a Pve/pvp Team , cause i rly stuck on Hueco Mundo Attack , Conquest of Might

Oh something important that should help you , If there will be a good event where I can get a good Partner , shouldn´t be that expensive , I´ll buy him for sure.
Should help you finding a good formation for me , I think

replace him with everyone and only use tosen. you get him at lvl 80.

Well sarcastic comments are not bad tho , sometimes a little bit funny ..
Uhm , even if Tousen is a good partner , he is for lvl 80+ , It will take me some time to reach that...
I´d need a pvp team till I reach a higher lvl ^^
