Dismiss hired partner then rehire?

1. can you dismiss a hired partner?
2. when you rehire is the partner at your new level or when you dismissed?
3. does the cost from the first 1st contribute to the total in the 2nd hire?

Yes you can. It's all over the forums. People use this all the time to their advantage. When I decided to get Kenpachi Unohana I hired her for a day first so she'd be at my level already.

Now if only new partners appeared in the hire event XD

I have no idea since I didn't try to evo them. But based on the way it seemed to work I would imagine that yes you could.

Just a few things I know from lease so far.

You can Hire a partner, evo him, mod him and then get him from an other event and keep everything.
You can Hire a partner, mod him, dismiss him and then rehire him after for a higher level. He will keep Modify, but not Evo. Gold spent the first time won't count either. (at least it didn't happen when I tried several months ago)
You can Hire a partner and put him in assistant bond thingy. He will stay there forever as long as you don't remove him, even if he expires, got my Brukia today for that
Last but not least, hired partners can exceed the partner limit, got 25/20 atm
