When is the right time to focus evo?

The question is exactly that. I leveled up quite fast,rite now i'm lvl 82,when should i go for evo? After lvl 100? Or 110? Or is there a point that makes sense to slow down leveling a bit and focusing on characters?
P.s : My only evoable character rite now is Kirinji,cuz he'll be one of my end game partners

you can evo at anytime, and anytime is great, as long as it's to a character that is end-game for you and you'll be sticking with them so it's not a waste of vitality ^^

If you aren't saving vit, i'd defo spend most-all your vit on evo, levelling comes naturally through events, so keeping vit for stages is meh, and hardly giving you exp in comparison to daily events ^^

Honestly just evo the partner you need to as far as you want, full evo if you want, then you can focus on levelling if that's necessary ^^

agreed. do evo on kirinji def and tavern kiske since he's usable for a long time. after that, save evo for late player buy from tavern or ubp, csb, etc... i say cause ur low level being 82, do half of ur daily vit on evo and save rest for AS or UBP if ur not a high vip and not spending few hundred for a red partner. i know i'm not
