he is saying up to vip6 should be free... we shouldn't buy it or if someone have a vip 6 account, so he wouldnt have to get that vip himself.

i think this is the one...  i think he wants cosmetic wings and extra power/attack/something to make him more powerful...  sounds like he's getting schooled by f2ps or low vips or just wants to be special, lol

I mean, if vips get wings, to honor because the buyer who spend money all game gets some honor.
