well I tried diferent things in the internet options cause it says http error 400 I got there to options and check out that take of the check mark then it goes and says bad request when I refresh the page and I tried to remove the page from memeory and logging out relogging  it still same and I also tried to to read about errors and still nothing it only happends to me with server 29 idk whats wrong for now the other servers I tried to see if I have same problem work fine idk and well the only way to acces my account in us server 29 is to load another server then click back arrow and then click us server for it to work now when it freezes is pain having to do always all that to refresh game when is lagging any help would be greatly aprecitated thanks for lisening to me

For Black screen there is a guide already posted on how to fix this, the black screen is due to the servers not having the latest flash files. Connecting to that particular server seems to be broken at the moment, I tried to connect to that server to test and got the same problem. Hopefully this will be sorted later today.
