So I havent been on in like 5 days cause im going through finals in college and when I log on today I realize that I am losing to people I used to beat. I just thought that they mustve gotten stronger but then I see that my kisuke mods have all disappeared for some reason and he wasnt T1 anymore. Has this happened to anyone else??

I dont recall ever inheriting though. I dont even know what that does

does kisuke's death mod (100 fury to all partners when dead ) can overrun from fury restricted situation (yamamoto's skill etc)?

no. After kisuke death you partners who has fury restriction debuff won't get fury
