Support Sending Gold

I finally got in contact with support about my missing top ups and they are working on sending me the gold now, but how does that work for top up events? Will it count for all the events and give me a 20k Top up for Supervalue Gift, Money Tree, etc? I'm looking at around a 90-95% Rebate after everything, so it's really important that I find this out. Anyone that has experience with needing support to get your gold, have any idea how this is handled?
