General Discussion Useless Pinned Threads

Everytime you go in the General Discussion section the top side is filled with a lot of useless threads for like "compensation of Nov 13" and "Maintenances for Feb 1"


I feel like these threads do not really matter anymore and the everyday forum threads have gone down to the limit of 7 threads per page, if I'm not mistaken if the useless threads get deleted or even just unpinned from the top side each page will have more threads and it will result to easier navigation of the users.
