SERVER US379 DOWN??

The server is US379. I cant access it for 12 hours now. After the Ultimate BP events ended i went to refresh the page but then problem occurs. After i refresh, the loading seems good and all. Pass the sexy Orihime, Soi Fon and Nanao loading pic and but the Login Game Server... isnt running and then it disappears and Black Screen appears. Been doing all the things that the black screen problem guide thingy in the forum but none works. Is it only appears for me or other person cant access this server too? I open other US and EU servers it works fine but this server only that didnt work for me. Please fix this ASAP!! in an hour Evil Spirit will start. dont wanna miss it coz at my level now, need lots of silver

there goes all of my daily events rewards.............
stones, materials, silver, coupons, XP and souls from ryoka. silver, xp, souls and chests from evil spirit.  silver, xp and coupons from guild wars. silver and xp from protect seireitei. Guild points in PS and GW

Day 2 - Still not fixed!!There goes the 2nd day Evil Spirit. Now i know why i stop playing last year.
Day 3 - Still the same. I wonder if there is actually a tech support team for this game
