ok so i have my ultima aizen at 3rd modify tier and what i wanted to do was use the inhert system to get frags from him since im not using him tilll i get a new zan....it took1,178 frags to get him to his 3rd tier as it says in the inhert system. what i wanted to know if i go through with this will i need 1,178 frags again to get him back to his 3rd tier again? as im writing this ik i sound dumb and its basically self explanatory but i just wanted to make sure that is all and thanks
