so on my old server i got sajin at level 70 and gave no thought about shinji, and i started on one of the new servers again and im about to hit 70 i was thinking to get sajin yet again but if i got shinji would he be a decent vanguard? ive never really looked into him or cared to untill now

No shinji is worse than sajin. If you are a ftp then go with with sajin until you can get H.Ichigo, these are the best defense vans for a ftp. If you want a vanguard that focuses more on attack then pick stark.

im vip 6, id go starrk and try get senbon from ubp or something since i can make a god starr later on but if not imma get shinji and wait till h ichigo

Oh vip 6. Then you will want to go for noza kenpachi, I think that you can get him at level 115, I am not sure on that one. You could get Shinji but he has weak defense so your pve will suffer. If you level fast sajin and shinji will be very temporary partners until you get stark and then noza ken, so that pick is not massively important.
