Issue with event, possible hacker

We have a "character" that came in towards the end of ultimate BP, has never been seen in the server before, and never since and paid to get Hyorinmaru (which knocked everyone else down).

If it is in fact a hacker, or a shill account, that is messed up.

The other participants should be shifted up.

its easy just save up vitality

i will have over 3,000 VIT saved up by the end of the day

let say you average 4.3 crystals a day

take

8,000 x 4.3  = 34,400 crystals which = a free zan or partner assuming they won't be over 40,000 crystals

also without hardcore proof GGS won't enact on it

besides its near impossible to tell if someone is getting free stuff without paying ( i mean Ill.egally/cheating )

you literally have to have access to their account to see it, or have them say it directly but even then they can just be trolling you
