Wait the UBP or Seireitei?????

Hi everyone!
Like the title says what you think it should be better to do?
Give me your votes and some info for what you think is better. I was hoping for a better zanpakuto at the UBP buti'm not sure if i can expect anything better than zangetsu so what you think people?
I'm all ears and waiting for your help !!!
