Ultimate speed Hogyo

So i'm trying to get the ultimate final lvl hogyo, after few questions the thing is to spend some coupons, tried it once nothing happened...of course there is some random on it and many tries,

Before i go all out with the little coupons i have left, i want to now more on this final phase, is there a trick or just spend coupons and pray to get lucky

Also does it last forever (once you get it) or there is a time limit?

I would not waste gold/coupons on this, but that's just my opinion.

i'm not at the moment tried once nothing happened and stopped, but at the same time on member of my guild have it we have 2 or 3 lvl difference between my complete and his ultimate speed and the difference is 10k speed, and when you know that the 10skill in pvp is based on agility, you think about having it

Yeah we are in the same boat.
But the fact that you spent 50 G/CP for a CHANCE of obtaining something is not worth it, IMO.

So if i guess right there is no trick just spend 50 coupons and wait for the luck...not worth it

yeah basically its just a waiting game now.
I had an Ultimate phy def hogyo this week.. I guess waiting pays off in the end, sorta.
