What is a better formation 2S-2A-1V or 1S-3A-1V for PVP/PVE?

I have Rangiku,Gold Ichigo, Rukia, Momo, Lisa, Inoue.

Which one should i put on the formation?

what's your main type? kido or ghostblade/spirit?
kido can do well at 1-3-1 or 2-2-1
while ghost/spirit better 2-2-1
