Wel in case you are using an chrome browser there is a littel trick. You can select(not click) options then move you're mouse away from options and click/hold on where you should go to make the discription appear. If you do it right the discription should appear on the middle off you're screen and not on the side.

All bonds are done with main and selected character. In your case main and cute orihime. No zanpaktou, that's important. Next off you don't really need to see the full requirement if you do, read reply above.

For each bond there are only two option, either main has to fulfill the requirements, or the specific partner. So in your bond try to either make main do less than 25%, see if that works. Or make cute do less than 25% damage. One of them should work, as long as its only main and cute in the team with no zanpaktou.
