Kisuke is Missing 5 Fury?

Technically he should be T1 already but he's missing 5 fury

I tested without equipment and he has 70 fury and with equipment 95 wich makes me think he's not getting fury from his evolution, is this a bug?

What percentage of fury stones are you using?

Are you sure you have that 5% fury from evo?

With his last mod he should be 70% fury at the start, with the evo too, 75%.

Im using 1 primary (10%) and 5 basic (8%)

Yes i have 70 from start, he's not getting the 5% from the evolution but i dont know why.

Isn't the first item in the evolution supposed to be the item that gives 5 fury. It's showing a green plus sign in your picture, but is it equipped now?

Oh I see. Your Kisuke isn't level 100, so it can't equip it yet. Yes, that's the item that gives 5 fury.

You need 6x primary for him if i recall correctly
