Screen Freezes when trying to Mod

I have not been able to mod anyone for the past 2 months.  When I try to access the mod function the game freezes.  I don't know what to do.  I am getting waaaay behind everyone in game because of this issue.  If anyone can help please do so.  Thank you.

and with mod function you mean Modify partner or Inherit?

Modify Partner,  it shows the loading bars like its trying to start but then the screen goes a little dark and everything freezes.

I had no problems with mine account, but your's doesnt load..
We think some partner causes this loading problem.
I will try to get some compensation for everyone

If I'm right it stops at 90% on load screen and just freezes up, right? I was having the same problem when moding gin and shura ken.

It shows the loading bars like it is going to work, but then the screen gets a little darker and nothing will work.  It is getting frustrating because I haven't been able to mod at all for almost 3 months.  I am getting way behind other people.  I am vip 9 and getting screwed on loot and such.  If it doesn't get fixed soon I may just have to quit.
