If the focus of your team is on the vanguard, your Shinji, then yes. Noza works best with Hyorinmaru for the healing bond. Hyorinmaru's skill only buffs the vanguard.

whatever you have in your assaulter row will not help you very much at all with Hyorin... as a loyal Hyorin user, your vang will be your bread and butter and your supports will be the icing on that cake
